COP provides a range of RTV-2 and LSR silicones for technical industrial applications: orthotics and prosthetics, medical devices, prototyping, technical tooling, food contact application, lifecasting, 3D printing, medical training…

Our goal is to work with you to make your project a success by developing customized silicones. Our range is exclusively composed of two-component addition cure silicones using a platinum catalyst to cure by room temperature vulcanization (RTV-2) or by heat (LSR). They can be used in spray, molding, additive manufacturing or injection processes. With additive manufacturing, our silicones can be used for 3D prototyping.

Our silicones are formulated in our own laboratory, produced and tested on site, guaranteeing a high quality and repeatability of the product delivered. We only work with platinum-catalyzed polyaddition silicone systems. We offer a wide range of hardness for a variety of industrial applications and are able to offer a customized development service for any specific requirement.

Polyaddition silicone range – Precision and ease of use

Our range is exclusively composed of polyaddition silicone elastomers with the following benefits for transformers:

    • Grades available for skin contact (ISO 10993-5)

COPSIL GEL 00

RTV silicone gel, low return, translucent, very sticky , compact and very supple.

COPSIL GEL 25

RTV silicone gel, viscoelastic, translucent, sticky and very supple with a hardness of 25 Shore 00. It can be used in contact with the skin (ISO 10993-5).

COPSIL 5

Very high elongation and extremely resistant RTV-2 silicone: electronic potting, comfort applications, food contact and skin contact.

COPSIL 20

Contenant COPSIL 3D ADD GEL - support pour fabrication additive silicones

COPSIL 3D® ADD-GEL is a support for RTV-2 liquid silicone printing, allowing the realization of complex parts with important bridges or overhangs. The extrusion of liquid silicone takes place within the gel that supports the printed part. It is ready to use, non-toxic and sinkable.
