COPACRYL Jersey
Lamination resin for standard reinforcements read more
Description
Highly fluid acrylic resin, when combined with various reinforcements like Perlon®, Nylon®, NYLGLAS®, or 100% GLASS, allows for the creation of composite parts, such as prosthesis sockets.
Resins polymerization occurs at room temperature by addition of our non-CMR hardening powder SIPACRYL. The mixing ratio is maximum 2% to 3% of hardener by weight on the resin.
COPACRYL Jersey resin enables the production of composite parts with:
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Very good skin tolerance
- The ability to be thermoformed after hardening (within the elasticity limit of the used reinforcement fabrics)
- It is also usable with our natural reinforcements ORTHOFLAX®, ECO-BLACK et HYBRIDES.
Packaging:
- 900 g, 4,9 kg, 25 kg
