The EASYFIT Liner kit is a custom silicone liner kit designed for orthopaedic technicians wishing to produce liners in a simple, quick and reproducible manner. This turnkey solution brings together COPSIL silicones, accessories and the technical products required to produce a custom silicone liner offering comfort, precision and durability.

Dedicated training to master the manufacturing process

To support you in getting to grips with the custom silicone liner kit, COP offers dedicated training at L’ATELIER by COP. Led by our technical experts, this training enables you to master every stage of the manufacturing process, optimise your settings and gain greater autonomy in producing custom silicone liners.

Kit contents

Custom liner creation

• 1 cartridge of COPSIL silicone range (2 mixers included)
• 1 cartridge of acetoxy silicone glue (COL A02)
• 1 bottle of silicone solvent SOLVANT S3 (SVS3 500)
• 1 finishing textile

Optional, for liner with distal attachment:

• Pots of COPSIL silicone range (2 x 500 ml)
• 1 distal attachment (ATA F)
• 1 mono-elastic technical matrix
• 1 bottle of PM82 primer
• 1 PVA bag (PVA)

Injection accessories:

• 1 valve (ROB006)
• 1 cartridge of bi-component polyurethane glue BLACKGLUE 01 (BG501) + Mixing tips (EMBC50 003)
• Silicone release agent spray (ISA 001)
