COPACRYL Supple
Flexible lamination resin read more
Description
A highly fluid acrylic resin designed to increase the flexibility of composite components when used in combination with COPACRYL Jersey or COPACRYL Carbon resins.
COPACRYL supple Resin must not be used on its own. It must be incorporated into COPACRYL Jersey or COPACRYL Carbon resin at a ratio of 10% to 30% to provide increased flexibility to the device being manufactured. This resin cures at room temperature through the addition of our SIPACRYL hardener powder, used at a maximum ratio of 2% to 3% by weight relative to the amount of resin.
When combined with COPACRYL Jersey or COPACRYL Carbon resins, COPACRYL Flexible Resin produces composite parts offering:
- Excellent mechanical properties ;
- Excellent skin compatibility ;
- The ability to be thermoformed after curing (within the elastic limits of the reinforcement materials used) ;
- Compatibility with our ORTHOFLAX®, ECO-BLACK®, and HYBRID reinforcement materials.
