COPACRYL Carbon
Rigid socket by lamination Lamination resin for carbon reinforcements (CAC F) read more
Description
A highly fluid acrylic resin that, when used with carbon fiber reinforcements, enables the production of composite parts, such as prosthetic sockets. This resin cures at room temperature upon addition of our SIPACRYL powdered hardener, at a rate of 2% to a maximum of 3% by weight relative to the amount of resin. COPACRYL Carbon resin produces composite parts with the following characteristics:
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Very good skin tolerance
- The ability to be thermoformed after curing (within the limits of the elasticity of the reinforcing materials used)
- Can also be used with our natural reinforcing materials ORTHOFLAX®, ECO-BLACK, and HYBRIDS.
