ORTHOLEGERE 60 is a water foamed foam, free of CFC or substitute. It is aimed to the moulding of pieces with an average density of about 90 g/L and which require a hardness of 40 Shore A.
The ORTHOLEGERE 60 - HARDENER MD system makes it possible to obtain a foam with a very fine cellular structure, a very good dimensional stability and a very fast demolding time.
Applications in orthopedic equipment, allows the manufacture of positive corset, corset-seat or lower limb orthosis. This very light foam can replace plaster and can be refilled with plaster and withstand thermoforming at 200 ° C. Compressed, it allows to make milling blocks of different densities (from 65 to 115g/L)
